Read the P-gap
The number on the report is an in-situ classification. The required number is the HB 198 Table 3 guidance — or the NCC DTS class — for that area. The difference is the job.

Clean and chemicals, anti-slip treatment, grind, or replace. One of those, not a catalogue of every coating on the market.

Quote, then do the works
National coverage. After the works, a separate retest if you want a record. That record is not a compliance certificate.
Premier Restorations is not NATA accredited. A works report is not a compliance certificate. We will not promise a P5, or a pass on a surface we have not seen.
A fail is a gap, not a sentence
AS 4663:2013 is the in-situ method. It tells you what the floor did on the day, under the conditions of the test. It does not, by itself, tell you what that area was supposed to achieve.
HB 198:2014 Table 3B is the usual handbook for existing areas the NCC does not already classify. A commercial kitchen is P5. A hospital bathroom is P3. A dry office foyer is P1. If your kitchen tested P3, you do not have a “P3 floor”. You have a two-class gap.

Most failed floors are film, polish, or a surface that never had the texture the area needs. We pick a path from the report and the photos, then quote that path.

What do you need from me?
The fail PDF. Name, email, phone, site address, the area type, and a deadline if you have one. Photos help. We read the report you already paid for — we do not re-test it to start the quote.
What does a fail actually mean?
AS 4663 measures the floor in place. HB 198 (and the NCC for some stairs and ramps) says what classification that area should hold. The gap between those two numbers is the job. How we read a fail.
Will you guarantee a pass?
No. We will not promise a P5, a 24-hour turnaround to a target rating, or a pass on a surface we have not seen. The quote is for the works we think close the gap. The retest is a separate measurement.
Are you a NATA lab?
No. Premier Restorations is not NATA accredited. We do not issue a certified laboratory report. After the works we can retest for a works record. That retest is not a NATA certificate and it is not a compliance certificate.
